Returns Policy
If you wish to return a product for any reason then you must
first contact us for a returns authorisation number.
We will need your purchase details along with the reason for the return.
If you believe the product to be faulty then we will require the details of the fault.
Should you wish to return your order upon delivery,
you must inform us within 7 days of receipt and send it back to us within 10 days of receipt.
ents.tv will give you a return address once you have informed us that you wish to return the order.
If you wish to return a non faulty product for any reason then we must insist
that the product be in its original packaging, unopened and unused.
Products returned without a valid RMA number will be rejected.
Where a product is returned and no fault can be confirmed we may charge
an admin/testing fee before we return the goods to you.
Upon ents.tv receiving your returned goods, the cost of the order will
be refunded to you. You will either be sent a cheque or your credit
card will be credited at the discretion of ents.tv.
The cost of shipping the returned goods back to us must be covered by you.
The original cost of shipping to your destination will not be refunded.
Disclaimers
In the event that an order is returned due to customer dissatisfaction or
because a damaged or faulty order cannot be replaced, ents.tv reserves
the right to wait until the returned order is received by ents.tv before issuing the refund.
ents.tv's liability is limited to replacement or refunding as set out in these terms.
Subject to its liability for personal injury or death caused by its negligence,
ents.tv excludes all other liability to the extent permitted by law.
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take
place on the dispatch of the Products ordered to you unless we have notified
you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance
with the instructions in How to Cancel and Order. Non-acceptance of an order
may be a result of one of the following:
The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
The identification of a pricing or product description error
Your credit or debit card being identified potentially a credit risk
By placing an order with ents.tv you agree to be bound by the terms set out on this website.
Methods of Payment
At present our website can accept payments in GBP British Pounds only
We are happy to accept card payment over the phone.
However, we believe this method is less safe than using the website directly.
Note that the Internet will still be used to perform the card authorisation and transaction.
We regret that we do not currently accept American Express. The secure server is run by Worldpay,
a leading Internet merchant service provider, in conjunction with NatWest bank.
